Take deep breath, close your eyes. Start feeling your pain in your stomach. take that pain towards heart, remeber you should feel that pain in your heart. Now send that pain from your heart to your brain. Now it's leaving towards your brain. Make a hole in your brain so that it can be thrown out of your brain. Now your eyes will have been wetted.
